Centrex VoIP-PBX Basic This includes unlimited local calling, 2 cents a minute long distance, and access to all the advanced features of Centrex VoIP-PBX. Each phone is assigned a direct number and can be set up for extension dialing. This is the best option for the majority of an organization’s employees.

Centrex VoIP-PBX Unlimited This includes unlimited local/long distance calling and access to all the advanced features of Centrex VoIP-PBX. Each phone is assigned a direct number and can be set up for extension dialing. This is the best option for heavy users of long distance and for companies looking to pay a flat rate for phone service.

Centrex VoIP-PBX Private Line This plan is only available to organizations which subscribe to a Centrex VoIP-PBX Basic or Unlimited plan. It does not include a direct number, but is configured for extension dialing in an organization’s existing Centrex VoIP-PBX setup. It includes unlimited inbound calling and 500 minutes of outbound calling. Each minute over 500 is billed at 3 cents per minute. This is the best option for employees who primarily field incoming calls or for those who are not on the phone often, yet still need to be connected to the office phone system.

Centrex VoIP-PBX Conferencing (Coming Soon)
This service is available as an add-on to subscribers of Centrex VoIP-PBX. This consists of a dedicated, password protected extension, setup to allow people to dial in for conference calls.

Virtual Extensions (Coming Soon)
Each phone associated with a Centrex VoIP-PBX plan can be configured to forward to one other number such as a cell phone for times when the phone user is away. For some companies, this may not be enough. Some companies, especially ones with mobile employees, may want individual Auto Attendant options to forward to another non-Centrex phone. For this purpose we have created Virtual Extensions. Each additional forward required, requires an additional virtual extension. For instance, Press 1 for Sales would forward to Joe’s cell phone, Press 2 for Customer Service would forward to Mary’s cell phone. This would require two virtual extensions. If you’re forwarding the call to a local number, $4.99 a month is all you pay for the ability to look as big as you plan to be.

Virtual Numbers Virtual phone numbers allow you to assign what are essentially aliases to your account. You can assign virtual numbers using area codes in any market that Domatic provides service. This inexpensively allows you to have business presences in multiple markets instantly. Add as many virtual numbers as you would like. They’re only $4.99 per month each.
